1. What we collect
To reveal your archetype we ask for your birth date, and optionally your birth time and place. This is the minimum needed to compute a chart.
If you purchase a report or create an account, we collect your email address to deliver your content and manage your purchases.
We use a single local cookie to remember your consent and keep the experience seamless. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
We never require an email address for the free reading.
2. How we protect it
Your birth information is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS). We follow the principle of least privilege: only the systems that compute your chart ever touch it.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not train third-party models on it.
3. How long we keep it
Free readings are processed in memory and are not stored against your identity.
Account and purchase records are kept only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations (such as tax and fraud-prevention requirements).
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
4. GDPR (EU & UK users)
If you are in the EU, UK, or EEA, you have rights under the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, and objection to processing.
Our lawful basis for processing your birth data is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

5. CCPA (California users)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information.
We do not sell personal information. To make a request, email the address in the Contact section.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
6. Children
DecaSoul is intended for users 13 years and older, in line with COPPA. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
7. AI content
Where our reading is generated or assisted by AI, it is labeled as such. The underlying chart is deterministic and computed from the astronomical calendar, not invented by a model.
