1. Nature of the service
DecaSoul provides a framework for self-reflection rooted in the traditional Chinese Ten Souls (十神). It is offered for personal insight and entertainment.
It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a fortune-telling or prediction service. No statement on DecaSoul should be treated as a forecast of future events or as a substitute for professional advice.
2. Subscriptions and one-time reports
Monthly and yearly subscriptions, and the one-time Full Dossier, are billed as described at the point of purchase. You may cancel a subscription at any time and it will not renew.
We offer a refund if you are not satisfied — contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will make it right.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be 13 or older to use DecaSoul. You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth information you provide.
4. Content and IP
The DecaSoul name, the Ten Seals symbols, and all original content are the property of Shenshuge Information Consulting.
You may share your own archetype result card freely for personal, non-commercial use.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions you make based on its content.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
